[ABOUT ME]

I've spent 8+ years as the teammember, sole designer or design lead in cross-functional teams - working across healthcare, HR, real estate, and pharma for international clients. I'm most at home in projects where the domain is complex, the system has multiple user roles, and the product needs to grow over months, not days.

What I do best:

translate user frustrations into business arguments and business goals into interfaces that make sense.

I've learned that sometimes the most valuable design outcome is proving a product shouldn't be built — saving the client from investing in something nobody needs.

I work with data, not assumptions. Usability testing, accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1), and structured research are how I make design decisions defensible — not just beautiful.

I integrate AI into my workflow and team processes — to deliver faster, stay consistent, and catch blind spots before they ship.

[FAQ]

What do I bring to projects beyond technical skills?

I work with empathy. I think in terms of interdependencies and impact. I connect perspectives – users, the team, and the business. I value transparency, clarity, and co-creating value.

How do I handle technological or business constraints?

I treat them as framing conditions, not obstacles. The sooner I understand them, the easier it is to propose solutions that are feasible – and still valuable to the user.

What helps me make better design decisions?

Workshops with the team, lo-fi prototypes, empathy maps, quick & dirty tests – the more perspectives on the table, the better. I’d rather test than guess.

What helps me deliver measurable outcomes in my process?

Prioritization. Spotting the key questions and hypotheses early. Iterative work – with clearly defined goals at each stage. And... the ability to say “not now” to ideas that don’t serve the project’s purpose.

What makes my collaboration with developers effective?

I respect their time and expertise – and bring them into solution discussions from the start. Well-prepared components, solid documentation, and openness to feedback are my baseline. I enjoy working with developers – real solutions come from real collaboration.

How do I measure project success?

Not just with NPS or CTR. I look at alignment with business goals, usage metrics, task completion time – but also: do people actually want to use it? Usability testing and real user feedback are my compass.

What experience do I have with AI?

AI is woven into how I work. I use it for research synthesis, generating UI variations, prototyping, and crafting consistent copy aligned with personas and business goals. But beyond personal productivity — I co-create team workflows where AI compensates for human blind spots: maintaining consistency across deliverables, catching what gets missed under deadline pressure, and keeping the quality bar steady when the pace picks up.
